KANSAS CITY, Mo. (August 20, 2026) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce that Counsel Tim Hadachek has been named a 2026 Missouri Lawyers Media Up & Coming award winner. This annual award recognizes early-career lawyers who are making a positive difference in the practice of law in Missouri.
Hadachek focuses his practice on intellectual property and commercial litigation, representing clients in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret disputes in federal courts and administrative tribunals nationwide. He has experience across a range of industries, including consumer products, logistics and transportation, entertainment, sporting goods, manufacturing and technology. His practice includes patent infringement litigation, trademark enforcement and defense, USPTO opposition and cancellation proceedings, copyright matters and trade secret disputes, as well as complex commercial litigation involving consumer protection and contract claims.
Outside of his legal practice, Hadachek is active in professional and community organizations. He is involved with Multilaw, a global network of law firms, and was selected to attend the 2026 Multilaw Academy in Cambridge, England. He is also a graduate of the Civic Council of Greater Kansas City’s Kansas City Tomorrow program and serves as president of the alumni association for the Kansas State chapter of FarmHouse Fraternity. In addition, he supports international exchange efforts through Global Ties KC.
