Paralegal Tammy Bailey has over 35 years of experience in the areas of product liability, premises liability, personal injury, and wrongful death actions, with over 20 years of experience in MDL mass tort cases involving pharmaceutical and medical device product claims.  She also works in the areas of corporate, private wealth management (family office), business litigation, construction, real estate, and insurance defense.

Tammy frequently assists litigation teams in conducting background investigations, and locating and interviewing fact and expert witnesses. She is also responsible for the acquisition of medical, employment and governmental agency documentation, analysis of medical records and expenses, and preparation of multiple types of chronologies.

Tammy has prepared for many trials from the onset of suit and assisted at multiple trials, including remote office set-up for out-of-town trials, and frequently conducts due diligence research on jury pools for trial teams. Additionally, she has extensive experience with the preparation and service of subpoenas in local and foreign jurisdictions under the UIDDA.
