Steven Kutscheid concentrates his practice in mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, commercial law, tax and business planning for individuals and businesses. He has represented clients in federal and state tax audits at all levels.

Steven worked for Ernst & Whinney from 1981-1983 as a tax professional. He joined the former Gray Plant Mooty in 1983, and previously served on that firm’s Board of Directors. Steven is also an adjunct professor at Hamline Law School.
