Sepi Ghiasvand has more than two decades of experience in serving as general corporate counsel to domestic and international, emerging and middle-market privately held companies in a wide range of industries on the following types of matters:

Sepi also represents clients before all taxing agencies in audits, appeals, U.S. Tax Court dealing with domestic and international tax matters.

Sepi was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2013 and 2014, and named as a top woman attorney in Northern California by San Francisco Magazine in 2013 and 2014. Prior to joining Lathrop GPM (legacy firm Hopkins & Carley), Sepi served as a shareholder at Landrum & Company.
