Paul Jensen provides business and legal advice for the needs and interests of owners, operators and developers of manufactured housing communities and recreational vehicle parks throughout California. He represents clients on a variety of operational issues, including, abandonments, evictions, lien sales, rental agreements and leases, code compliance and rent control, as well as rules & regulations.

Paul also collaborates with the firm’s tax and real estate attorneys on redevelopment projects related to the development, sale and financing of the communities.

Paul is deeply involved in the manufactured housing industry, including through his many annual speaking engagements for the Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association (WMA), service on various WMA committees and his membership with CMPA and the California Outdoor Hospitality Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Paul had his own practice in San Jose for more than 40 years.

Paul is a highly successful attorney with decades of experience advising mobile home clients. My father, Frank Evans, and I were one of his first clients more than 40 years ago, and we continue to rely on his knowledge of the industry to help us navigate through the various codes, standards, and laws impacting our business.
