Nallely Montes focuses on handling labor and employment, financial institutions and creditors rights, real estate, fraud, breach of contract, breach of lease, trust and estate, and related general commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Nallely was a Certified Law Clerk for the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office, where she also interned at various times during law school. During her time at the District Attorney’s office, she wrote various memos, briefs and motions, made several court appearances and handled preliminary hearings.

While attending Santa Clara University School of Law, Nallely was an Advanced Legal Intern for the Northern California Innocence Project, a clinical program that provides interns with an opportunity to work closely with NCIP attorneys to investigate and litigate potential wrongful conviction.
