Michaela Liesenberg is an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions practice group representing clients on real estate matters. She gained early experience leading case strategy for Chapter 7 bankruptcy clients as a student attorney for the University of Minnesota Law School Bankruptcy Clinic.

Michaela first joined the firm in 2019 as a summer associate, where she researched and drafted legal compliance guides and contracts supporting client needs across a breadth of practice areas, including employment, intellectual property and bankruptcy law.

Prior to law school, Michaela worked as an inventory and financial planning analyst for Target Corporation and as a retail consultant for a boutique Minneapolis consulting firm.
