Melinda Vang supports the firm’s attorneys in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, drafting pleadings, conducting legal research and managing case files. She is experienced in e-filing through multiple platforms and skilled at organizing complex documentation under tight deadlines. Melinda regularly assists with scheduling, discovery and attending hearings and depositions to ensure seamless case management.
Before joining the firm, Melinda worked as a paralegal at another litigation firm, where she prepared motions, researched local rules and coordinated trial logistics. She also completed an internship with the Law Offices of the Public Defender, gaining experience in evidence review and compliance with privacy laws.
Melinda earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from California State University – Fresno and holds an Associate of Science degree and Certificate of Achievement in Paralegal Studies from Fresno City College.
