Megan Lee represents public and private clients in business and commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on breach of contracts, intellectual property and real estate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Megan was a Legal Research Attorney for the Santa Clara County Superior Court. She also previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an International Tax Associate.

In law school, Megan served as a federal judicial extern for the Pro Se and Death Penalty Clinic of the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
