Max Schramm is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate & Business group whose practice focuses on a range of transactional matters, including:

Max earned his J.D. from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2019, graduating summa cum laude, and he earned his B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 2012. Prior to joining the firm, Max served as an associate attorney at another Minneapolis-area firm, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions transactions and a range of transactional matters.
