(January 7, 2025) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to welcome Associates Max Schramm and Nathaniel Routh to the firm’s Corporate & Business practice group. Schramm is based in Minneapolis and Routh in Denver.
Schramm is an attorney whose practice focuses on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organizations and recapitalization transactions, commercial transactions, entertainment transactions and general corporate law. Schramm earned his J.D. from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2019, graduating summa cum laude, and his B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 2012.
Routh’s practice is primarily focused within the Energy sector, on title examination and the preparation of Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions for companies in Colorado, Wyoming, North Dakota, and Oklahoma. He also has experience completing determinations of heirship for clients in Colorado. Routh earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2016 and his B.A. from North Carolina State University in 2012.
