She prepares each case as if it will proceed to trial, conducting a critical assessment of strategy, risks, and potential outcomes from the outset. Clients rely on her willingness to take matters “to the mat” when insurers or opposing parties refuse to resolve disputes fairly.

Her clients range from small businesses to multi-million-dollar companies, including real estate brokers, property management companies, landlords and tenants, and general and subcontractors.   • Prior to class certification, successfully resolved a federal court matter alleging multiple California consumer statutory violations.
  • Represents multiple non-California businesses defending consumer privacy claims based on California Invasion of Privacy Act (“CIPA”).
  • Prevailed in arbitration and obtained court confirmation of judgment on behalf of a homeowner against a contractor for damages arising from a pergola collapse.
