Clients describe Marissa Sinha as a committed litigator who brings focus, preparation, and resolve to every matter. They value her strategic judgment, clear communication, and willingness to pursue claims through trial when necessary. Marissa says, “I see my role as both advocate and partner. My goal is to help clients achieve their litigation objectives while making sure they feel supported and informed at every step.”

Marissa has an extensive litigation practice that includes insurance recovery for policyholders, construction, and real estate litigation, as well as class action litigation related to consumer, privacy, and unfair competition claims. She works with businesses and individuals across all industries, including construction, real estate, and insurance. Marissa has significant trial experience, as well as substantial experience resolving disputes through contested arbitrations and mediations.

Marissa became an attorney because she wanted to litigate and try cases. That drive shapes her approach to every matter she handles. She prepares each case as if it will proceed to trial, conducting a critical assessment of strategy, risks, and potential outcomes from the outset. Clients rely on her willingness to take matters “to the mat” when insurers or opposing parties refuse to resolve disputes fairly.

Her clients range from small businesses to multi-million-dollar companies, including real estate brokers, property management companies, landlords and tenants, and general and subcontractors. Marissa takes a personalized approach to each engagement, assessing the client’s budget, goals, and expectations and maintaining clear communication throughout the litigation process to ensure alignment at every stage.
