Emma Donachie is an attorney in the firm’s Tort, Insurance Recovery & Environmental Practice Group. She advises clients on environmental compliance, contaminated property matters, regulatory enforcement actions, environmental due diligence, and related litigation.

Emma represents businesses, property owners, and developers in matters involving federal and state environmental laws, contamination and remediation issues, permitting, and environmental risk management. Her practice also includes complex commercial litigation and regulatory disputes, where she helps clients navigate investigations, enforcement proceedings, and business-critical conflicts.

Drawing on experience in both litigation and transactional matters, Emma assists clients throughout the lifecycle of environmental and real estate issues, from due diligence and permitting through dispute resolution. She has also worked extensively on renewable energy projects, advising on land use, zoning, permitting, and project development matters.

Emma is committed to serving the Denver community and serves on the Executive Committee of SafeHouse Denver, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence.
