Christina Weathers is a litigation paralegal with a law degree and over 20 years of law firm experience. While her primary focus is toxic and mass tort litigation, she also spends time working on business litigation matters. Additionally, Christina works with Lathrop GPM’s Employment & Labor group to conduct all affirmative action plans for our clients using Affirmity AAPlanner software.

Christina works on case and project management of complex, document-intensive matters. She is responsible for maintaining litigation databases and managing paper and electronic case materials throughout all phases of litigation, including drafting and editing pleadings, conducting factual research, and summarizing legal documents, files and medical records. Christina is also well-versed in the use of litigation support software, including Relativity.

Christina has assisted at numerous trials in state, federal and appellate courts, and has also assisted at hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. She is proficient in the use of Trial Director, courtroom presentation, and the editing and annotation of trial materials. Christina is additionally responsible for coordinating witnesses, organizing exhibits and case materials, and preparing demonstrative exhibits.
