He has significant experience drafting legal documents, managing due diligence and advising on corporate transactions such as acquisitions, recapitalizations and private placements.
Charles has played a key role on transaction teams across various industries, supporting clients through complex deals and investments. His responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, coordinating filings and acting as a key contact for legal and operational matters. He frequently drafts documents such as asset purchase agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements and private placement memoranda.
He also advises boards, management teams and equity holders on corporate governance, operational contracts and commercial matters. His work includes preparing bylaws, operating agreements, confidentiality agreements and other governance and operational agreements. Before joining Lathrop GPM, Charles served as lead associate on numerous transactions at an Am Law 200 firm, assisting with operational matters and guiding clients through regulatory and strategic challenges.
