Caroline Wolf brings more than fifteen years of experience in employment law to her role as counsel. She represents employers in a wide range of workplace disputes, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Caroline also advises businesses on compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, helping them mitigate risk and resolve complex workplace issues.

Caroline’s background includes significant experience on both sides of employment litigation. She has practiced at one of the nation’s largest management-side labor and employment firms, and also has experience representing employees in employment-related litigation. This dual perspective gives Caroline a unique ability to anticipate challenges and craft effective strategies for employers.

Caroline earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor for the Women’s Law Journal, and she obtained her B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.
