Caroline Moos focuses her practice on complex litigation and dispute resolution, representing clients in product liability, mass torts, business litigation and appellate matters. She guides clients through all stages of litigation with a focus on practical and efficient outcomes.

Caroline manages fact discovery, conducts legal research, drafts and argues motions, negotiates settlements and develops post-trial strategies. Her experience includes preparing pleadings, taking and defending depositions, managing written and expert discovery, and providing day-to-day leadership on cases. She collaborates closely with partners and clients to craft effective litigation strategies.

Prior to joining Lathrop GPM, Caroline was a member of the litigation group at a national AmLaw 60 firm in Minneapolis, where she led all phases of complex litigation. She also worked at a prominent plaintiffs’ firm, handling mass tort and multi-district litigation. This experience on both sides of the courtroom provides her with valuable insight into opposing counsel’s strategies, which she uses to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.

Caroline previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lucinda E. Jesson of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. During her clerkship, she researched and wrote on a broad range of state law issues, including civil, criminal, family, juvenile and administrative matters, deepening her understanding of appellate procedure and judicial decision-making.
