With more than 15 years of experience handling patent prosecution, Annemarie has successfully obtained both utility and design patents for clients in a wide range of technologies. In computer-related technologies, she has extensive experience with inventions, ranging from circuit design and peripheral devices to various levels of software, including lower-machine learning frameworks, operating system level applications, compilers, networking, and user-level applications including software tools, oilfield simulation software, and graphical user interfaces.

Believing that intellectual property strategies should support a business’s goals, Annemarie has a wealth of experience with intellectual property counseling. Annemarie works with clients to develop global patenting strategies, draft license agreements, perform software copyright registrations, conduct infringement and invalidity analyses, and more.
