Andrew Biddison focuses his practice on advising individuals and fiduciaries in matters including estate planning, estate and trust administration, and tax residency planning. He enjoys creating comprehensive estate plans for clients that reduce potential risks while effectuating key legacy goals.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew honed his interest in tax law while serving as a student attorney at the Ronald M. Mankoff Tax Clinic, and later as student director. In these roles, Andrew represented low-income clients on various individual income tax issues and gained direct experience interfacing with state and federal government agencies.

  • Estate planning for high-net-worth individuals including generation-skipping tax planning, irrevocable grantor trusts and incapacity planning.
  • Preparation of federal gift tax returns, Minnesota estate tax returns and federal estate tax returns.
  • Administration of estates and trusts, including preparation of documents required for probate proceedings, trustee succession and trust modification.
