Amy Beck is a litigation paralegal with over 30 years of experience supporting trial teams.

Her caseload is concentrated on complex, document-intensive litigation, mass actions and class actions in state, federal, appellate and multi-district courts nationwide involving environmental liability, insurance coverage, toxic tort, intellectual property, construction and other claims.

Amy is particularly experienced in trial support. She has provided technical support to case teams in 50+ trials and proceedings before state and federal judges and juries, the U.S. International Trade Commission, U.S. Tax Court, American Arbitration Association, administrative hearing boards, mock trial juries and focus groups.

Amy has extensive experience in courtroom presentation of electronic evidence, preparation of trial materials, including creation and annotation of exhibits, database build and management and video deposition editing; war room and courtroom technology setup; interfacing with courtroom personnel; and working with trial support vendors. She has experience with litigation support software such as TrialPad, Trial Director, TimeCoder Pro, PowerPoint, Relativity, AD Summation, iBlaze, Concordance, Sanction II, West Case Notebook, CaseMap, TimeMap, Yes Edit, and on-line review tools and repositories.

Amy also provides paralegal support to case teams for all aspects of litigation, including case management, depositions, electronic and paper discovery, mediation, arbitration, settlement negotiations, Markman and summary judgment hearings, mock trials, focus groups, trial preparation, bench and jury trials, and appeals.
