Michel Thompson’s practice includes all areas relating to employee benefits, retirement plans and compensation planning. He has designed and/or amended numerous qualified pension, 401(k) and other retirement plans (including submissions to the IRS, corrections of defects and review of employee communications) for large and small, public and private corporations. With regard to executive compensation programs, Michel regularly advises several publicly traded clients in connection with stock options, restricted stock and other forms of incentive compensation. He assists clients with all facets of group health and welfare plan compliance.
