Brandon Chapman focuses his practice on defending his corporate clients in mass tort, toxic tort, product liability, and environmental litigation matters. When assisting clients, Brandon’s top priority is client satisfaction. He actively seeks to meet their needs and goals in all stages of representation including discovery, investigations, motion drafting, trial and appeal. 

Brandon joined the firm after working as a summer associate in 2018, where he was responsible for conducting research, writing memos, and briefing attorneys in the areas of products liability, CERCLA and PRPs, civil procedure, cryptocurrency and anti-money laundering regulation, contract formation and defenses, and partnership dissolution.

Prior to his legal career, Brandon worked as a logistics coordinator for a large transportation company where he negotiated the transportation of individual truck loads with outside carriers and maintained communication, oversight and timely problem solving. Additionally, Brandon has experience working as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Timothy L. Brooks in the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, where he worked closely with the judge and his staff to research complicated legal issues, provide advice, and draft judicial opinions and memoranda.
