Washington, D.C. (April 28, 2025) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to welcome Associate Theresa Nolan Breslin to the firm’s Washington, D.C. office and Franchise & Distribution Practice Group.
Breslin represents clients in a variety of franchise and distribution matters, and brings extensive litigation experience to the firm, having spent several years within the judiciary. Breslin also has private practice litigation experience, where she primarily briefed appeals and dispositive motions on behalf of clients.
Breslin earned her J.D. summa cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was the Senior Articles Editor for the University of Miami Law Review. She received her B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science from Belmont Abbey College, where she was a three-time All-American on the women’s lacrosse team.
