Cohen, an attorney in the firm’s Los Angeles office, is nationally recognized for representing insurance policyholders in complex coverage disputes. During a career spanning nearly five decades, she has served as lead counsel in numerous high-stakes insurance coverage matters involving life insurance claims, environmental liabilities and product liabilities, resulting in recoveries exceeding $1.5 billion. Her practice also includes insurance counseling and strategy, product liability, toxic and mass tort litigation, class actions and complex commercial litigation.
An accomplished trial lawyer, Cohen is a Fellow and member of the Board of Directors of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
