SAN JOSE, Ca. (January 22, 2026) — Lathrop GPM LLP has announced plans to relocate its San Jose legal team to a 18,500-square-foot office at 3155 Olsen Drive at One Santana West—reinforcing its commitment to the region and the city it has proudly called home since 1968.
The move represents yet another milestone in the firm’s ongoing California expansion, including the opening of a new office in the heart of Sacramento last year and a 2024 combination with leading Silicon Valley law firm Hopkins Carley in October 2024. The firm now boasts a total of four offices in the Golden State, with highly experienced attorneys in practices ranging from commercial real estate, litigation, and private client services to environmental law, labor & employment, and insurance recovery to intellectual property, construction, and more.
The new office, located in the prestigious and vibrant Santana Row district, will feature the firm’s hybrid design, combining open seating with private workspaces to foster collaboration and enhance client service. This forward-thinking design, already adopted in the firm’s Boston, Chicago, Denver, Minneapolis, St. Cloud, and St. Louis offices, reflects modern work styles and supports flexibility. The move is tentatively scheduled for late 2026.
