Kansas City (April 30, 2025) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce that Ingram’s Magazine has selected Partner Ally Cunningham for its 2025 Class of 40 Under Forty honorees. The Missouri and Kansas-area publication’s 40 Under Forty awards recognize those considered to be among the most influential and accomplished young business and community leaders in the region.
Cunningham manages a national practice with a focus on the areas of environmental, toxic tort and other crisis-related litigation. She regularly advises clients on compliance and permitting under federal and state environmental laws and regulations.
In addition to this award, Cunningham was recently named to Waste360’s 2025 list of 40 Under 40 award winners. Her environmental work has earned her a spot on Missouri Lawyers Media’s Top 100 Power List from 2022-2024, and she has been selected among The Best Lawyers in America® “Ones to Watch” from 2021-2022.
With her inclusion, Cunningham joins several Lathrop GPM attorneys in representing the firm among the now 1000-strong class of 40 Under Forty alumni.
