Partner Bryan Minier has been elected as the newest member of the Lathrop GPM Executive Committee, effective July 1. Members of the Executive Committee serve three-year terms, with the opportunity to serve up-to two terms.  

Miner is Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Chicago office and a member of its Financial Services Practice Group. He is also Co-Chair of Lathrop GPM’s Culture, Diversity & Inclusion committee and previously served two terms on the firm’s Nominating Committee, two terms on the Partner Compensation Committee, and a term on the Professional Responsibility Committee. Miner focuses his practice on corporate reorganizations, creditors rights, and bankruptcy matters.
