Kansas City (May 8, 2025) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce that the Kansas City Business Journal has named Partner Ben Struby as a 2025 NextGen Leader honoree. The annual list identifies the next generation of Kansas City’s business leaders.
Struby focuses his practice on bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights. He represents clients in title insurance claims, breach of contract, suits on note, secured and unsecured lender representation, collections, tax sales, lien priority disputes, condemnation/eminent domain, residential and commercial evictions and commercial real estate purchases, among other things.
Struby participated in the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce’s Centurions Leadership Program (Class of 2024), currently serves on the board of Job One KC, and previously served on the board of the Johnson County Library Foundation. He has also been selected among The Best Lawyers in America® from 2023-2025.
With his inclusion, Struby joins several Lathrop GPM attorneys among NextGen Leadership alumni.
The 25 honorees will celebrate their award during the NextGen award reception on June 17. Profiles on each of the honorees will be shared in the Kansas City Business Journal on June 20.
