Timothy J. Hadachek

Tim Hadachek is an associate with the firm's intellectual property litigation group. Tim was previously a firm summer associate in 2017, where he conducted legal research on intellectual property, tort claims and governmental agreements.

In addition, Tim served as a civil division summer intern for the United States Attorney's Office, where he was responsible for preparing legal documents including memos, appellate briefs and motions. He also previously served as an intern to the Honorable Steve Leben in the Kansas Court of Appeals, where he researched and prepared legal memos to assist the judge in deciding cases before the court.
