Gabrielle Intagliata
Gabrielle Intagliata is an associate in the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. Gabrielle has experience in trust disputes, representing non-profit clients in zoning disputes with local municipalities, and representing clients in prosecuting non-compete and non-solicitation employment cases. Gabrielle previously worked at a law firm in St. Louis, where she worked with clients at all stages of the litigation process. Specifically, while at her previous firm, Gabrielle represented clients in actions seeking an accounting of trust, removal of trustee and appointment of a new trustee, and alleging breaches of fiduciary duties. She also worked with a large financial firm to protect trade secrets and client information when employees left the firm.
Gabrielle is also interested in representing small and closely-held businesses. Her family owns and operates a business located in Arnold, Missouri that manufactures heating and air conditioning systems. As a result, she has both a personal and professional interest in helping families structure their businesses and plan for the future.
While in undergrad, Gabrielle spent time as a College Corps Member with the JumpStart Chicago chapter, a nationwide preschool program that aims to help children develop the language and literacy skills they need for kindergarten success. Gabrielle still enjoys working with children and giving back to the community. She ran the Motion for Kids drive, a program put on by the St. Louis Bar Association to give Christmas presents to children impacted by the foster system, for her last firm and plans to continue that work at Lathrop GPM.
