Tammy Dunkin is an Intellectual Property patent paralegal with more than 25 years of experience in U.S. patents, trademarks and copyrights. She is highly skilled in administration and organization, keeping clients and attorneys informed of important deadlines and technical requirements of patent and trademark offices in the U.S. 

Tammy provides support to the firm’s IP attorneys and clients in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of U.S. patent applications and post-grant review of patents – preparing numerous legal documents and monitoring the status of the pending applications. Tammy additionally handles the daily management of prosecution files, ensuring all formal requirements are met, and is responsible for communications to the client, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and foreign counsel.
