Ryan Cunningham’s practice focuses primarily on representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trust, probate and civil disputes. Ryan has experience in all aspects of trust litigation, from early conflict avoidance through appeal and enforcement.

Recently, Ryan assisted with a four-week jury trial, obtaining favorable, “complete win” findings from the jury. Although a litigator by nature, Ryan does not hesitate to employ interest-based negotiation, mediation and other dispute resolution techniques to represent his clients’ interests cost effectively.

Before joining the firm in 2011, Ryan attended University of California, Hastings, where he graduated Order of the Coif and served as a Judicial Extern for the United States District Court, Northern District in 2010.
