Rosalie Swingle is an associate in Lathrop GPM’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. Her practice focuses on general and complex commercial litigation, and she works on a variety of matters including property disputes, closely-held business disputes, consumer-protection disputes, and financial service disputes. She has also served as an appointed advocate for individuals incarcerated in federal prison litigating Section 1983 claims.
Rosalie is an active listener and critical communicator with unique insights to offer her clients based on her collaborative work experience, including executing a campaign field strategy to elect the first woman for a state-house district, and partnering with individuals, associations, and municipalities to achieve desired education and health outcomes through community development. Rosalie seeks the best pretrial outcomes for her clients, and she achieves these outcomes by providing excellent service throughout the entire litigation process, applying thoughtful, detailed analysis to each written submission and making strategic oral arguments at every court appearance on behalf of her clients.
