Rebecca McMahon focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes, products liability, tort litigation, oil and gas litigation and trust and estate litigation. Her experience includes resolving contract disputes and other complex cases that involve allegations of injury to reputation and property. Rebecca has tried multiple jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration forums, throughout the country and also has handled appeals before the Eighth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals and appellate courts of Kansas and Missouri.

Rebecca represents clients in the oil and gas, agricultural and construction products manufacturing industries, among others. She works on national trial teams, where she plays an integral role in pre-trial discovery and investigation, as she frequently interviews potential key witnesses and identifies and preserves sources of evidence.

Rebecca partners with clients to provide quality legal advice that is responsive, strategic and efficient. Her objective in every representation is to align case strategy with her client’s highest priorities and goals.
