Peter LeBlanc, Jr. is an experienced estate planning attorney whose practice spans all aspects of complex trusts, estates, tax and business succession planning for high net worth clients, including the strategizing and drafting of multi-generational wealth transfer instruments such as GRATs, IDGTs and SLATs. Specific areas of Peter’s experience include:

  • Modification of irrevocable trusts
  • Tax planning; federal gift, estate and fiduciary income tax returns; and representation in audits
  • Prenuptial agreements
  • Probate and trust administration
  • Fiduciary and family business litigation and dispute resolution
  • Business succession planning, including equalization of estates

With experience early in his career as a trust officer at the division of an American bank holding company focusing on serving ultra-high-net-worth clients, Peter collaborates with clients and their advisors to design and implement a comprehensive estate plan. A native of St. Louis, he is an active member of The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, including as part of the Probate and Trust Section Steering Committee. Peter is also a part of The Saint Louis Art Museum Planned Giving Council.
