Noah Nash focuses his national practice on insurance recovery litigation. Noah also represents clients in tort and business litigation. Noah’s insurance litigation practice involves representing policyholders under various coverages, including comprehensive general liability, property and casualty, environmental pollution liability, employers’ liability, professional liability, directors and officers, law enforcement liability, cyber, privacy and media risks liability, marine, and specialty policies such as food-borne illness and risk pool insurance.

Noah also has experience with primary, umbrella, and excess insurance and reinsurance. He assists in all phases of litigation, from initial fact investigation, to drafting pleadings, through discovery and motion practice, to trial.

Noah has represented clients in a number of different industries, including waste management, construction, manufacturing, sports and recreation, food services, real estate and commercial leasing, higher education, and professional services to name a few. Noah’s practice has helped to recover tens of millions of dollars for his clients.

Prior to his legal career, Noah worked as a catastrophe claims adjuster for a large domestic insurance carrier, where he worked to provide aid to victims of natural disasters. Through his experience, Noah acquired extensive insurance knowledge regarding various policies, coverages, and exclusions.

Noah is active in the firm’s pro bono efforts and has worked on behalf of human rights advocates to assist asylum seekers and other underprivileged individuals. Noah also enjoys giving back to his alma mater by serving as a board member of the University of Missouri-Kansas City Law School Young Alumni Committee.
