Prior to joining Lathrop GPM, Michael served as a landman and attorney adviser for energy clients across New Mexico, North Dakota, Texas, Wyoming and Colorado, where he led large‑scale title examinations, coordinated technical review teams and developed solutions to complicated ownership and leasing matters. His background also includes ownership and leadership roles at title companies in Colorado, where he managed legal, operational and closing functions and oversaw high‑profile commercial transactions involving national companies and large developments.
