Lu Li is an associate in the firm’s Business Transaction group supporting clients on an array of corporate matters. Lu works with corporate clients of all sizes, from start-up companies to multinational enterprises. Her background in finance and understanding of the business side of transactions allows her to provide keen insights with legal research to support it. 

Prior to joining Lathrop GPM, Lu was selected for the Hennepin County Bar Association’s 1L Minority Clerkship program, where she clerked for Judge Charlene W. Hatcher at the Hennepin County District Court. Additionally, Lu is a graduate of the Lathrop GPM Summer Associate program.

  • Represented a privately held company providing information technology solutions on the sale of its business to a strategic acquirer.
  • Represented Massman Companies, Inc., a worldwide leader in packaging machinery, in its acquisition of Ultra Packaging, Inc., an automated cartoning machine designer.
  • Advised clients on entity formation, organizational and capital structuring, and general corporate governance.
