Lisa plays a critical role in driving growth and success at Lathrop GPM. As a Director of Practice Management, Lisa works hand in hand with the practice group leaders of three very busy practice areas – Financial Services, Intellectual Property Litigation, and Litigation & Dispute Resolution – to assist in managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the group and accomplish the groups’ strategic objectives.

Lisa’s days are filled with helping the firm’s attorneys solve problems, develop their skills and practices, and manage all aspects of client service. She partners closely with the administrative departments across the firm to help advance the efforts and priorities of the attorneys she supports. She also oversees and provides support to the paralegals within her three practice groups.

Lisa’s first role at Lathrop GPM, when she joined us in 2016, was supporting the firm’s attorney recruiting and professional development, including lateral recruiting, summer associate recruiting, CLE, and professional development programming. She has been part of the Practice Management team since 2021. Lisa is also a current member of the firm’s Professional Development Committee, which provides training and professional development opportunities to associates, counsel, technical specialists, and patent agents.
