Kristen Bond is a dedicated paralegal within firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. Kristen’s experience includes significant work as a Litigation Paralegal. In her prior role, she handled various paralegal duties in an Insurance Defense setting. Kristen provides daily support to firm attorneys on trial preparation, and has experience with:
- Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Missouri Human Rights Commission (MHRC) employment discrimination claims,
- 1983 Civil Rights Claims, and
- Subpoena preparation
Previously, as a Litigation Paralegal at another firm, Kristen supported firm leaders and outside counsel during trials. She prepared trial pleadings, exhibits and trial binders, handled client and witness management, assisted in the voir dire and jury selection process, managed trial presentations. Kristen is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s of Law at the University of Arizona.
