Hillary Green is an immigration paralegal supporting clients primarily within the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. Hillary has more than five years of experience as a paralegal, offering assistance with research, drafting legal documents and case management. Within immigration she specializes in temporary worker petitions (H-1B’s) and extraordinary ability immigrant petitions with a focus on professionals in biotechnology and healthcare. Prior to immigration she worked in Environmental & Toxic Tort litigation, including PFAS-related multi-district litigation.
Hillary graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with an emphasis in labor studies from the University of Missouri – Kansas City, and has also received a Paralegal Certificate from Johnson County Community College. She is currently a violinist and board member with the Social Symphony of Kansas City, a local nonprofit community orchestra.
