Emily Ditzler is an associate whose practice focuses on myriad litigation matters. Emily joined the firm after working as a summer associate in 2023, where she assisted attorneys by drafting memos on complex legal topics, preparing client alerts and developing skills in civil litigation strategy.
Emily earned her J.D. from The University of Minnesota Law School, where she graduated in the top third of her class. During her time in law school, she was actively involved in the Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Moot Court, where she demonstrated her exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills, even receiving the Best Brief Award. Emily’s legal experience also includes serving as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Francis Connolly at the Minnesota Court of Appeals in her second year of law school. She also mediated disputes in harassment court under the guidance of the law school’s community mediation clinic, honing her skills in dispute resolution.
