Emily Davis is a paralegal with more than seven years of experience in the finance and legal field. She serves clients primarily within the firm’s Corporate and Business practice group, and has experience assisting with mergers and acquisitions, asset-based lending, mezzanine financing, corporate and nonprofit formations, reorganizations and dissolutions, real estate, and corporate finance matters.

Emily earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Hamline University School of Business in 2011, and her Paralegal Certificate from North Hennepin Community College in 2013. She is also a Notary Public.
