Elizabeth Weber’s practice focuses on real estate and commercial litigation. Elizabeth primarily represents manufactured housing community (MHC) clients. She specializes in serving their operational and management needs, including: preparing lease agreements, drafting community rules/regulations, rules enforcement, evictions, and litigation.

Elizabeth earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she was recognized with a CALI Award for Legal Writing & Research. During her time in law school, she competed in the ABA Negotiation Competition and served as the Treasurer of the Women and Law Student Association. Elizabeth previously served as a law clerk at the firm before her admission to the bar. Elizabeth’s legal experience also includes, advising local startups on corporate matters as a Student Associate at the Santa Clara University Entrepreneurs Advisory Clinic, drafting mediation briefs for personal injury clients, and working as a Major Fraud Unit Law Clerk at the Santa Clara District Attorney’s Office.

Prior to her legal career, Elizabeth worked in real estate development and at an MHC property management company.
