Dara Alvarado is an associate within the firm’s Business Transactions practice group who focuses her practice in the area of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and business law. She has experience with complex financing transactions, including revolving credit facilities, construction loans and assisting startups from formation through rounds of private financing.
Dara also has experience with the various aspects of acquiring, developing, managing, and disposing of multifamily housing properties that involve various government programs and incentives, including USDA Rural Development Section 515 and 538 loans, low-income housing tax credits, HUD loans, among others. She has assisted with mergers and acquisitions including due diligence investigations, and the purchase and sale of both stock and asset transactions.
