She works primarily with attorneys in Lathrop GPM’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Employment & Labor practice groups. She is particularly skilled at managing complex, document-intensive matters, including multiparty lawsuits and class actions.
Brittany is proficient at analyzing and summarizing discovery requests, responses and third-party documents, coordinating materials for expert witnesses, overseeing and maintaining case files for large-scale litigation, preparing outlines and compiling documents in advance of depositions, hearings and trial, and assisting with the preparation of pleadings, motions and other court filings. Additionally, she has vast experience preparing and organizing service of subpoenas in local and foreign jurisdictions. Brittany is skilled in conducting background investigations and locating and interviewing fact and expert witnesses. She also acquires medical, employment and education documentation, analyzes records, and prepares chronologies.
