Brandi Pruett is a paralegal with nearly 20 years of experience. She works with the firm’s Private Client Services practice group.

Brandi’s focus areas include:

  • Guardianships and conservatorships

She also assists with a variety of complex litigation matters regarding wills, trusts, protected proceedings, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries, and brings extensive experience to the discovery and trial process.

Brandi has experience in all types of litigation, including matters involving trusts and estates, fiduciary, construction defect, commercial, fraud, contract, personal injury, bankruptcy and insurance claims.

Prior to her transition into the trusts and estates area in 2010, Brandi served as a civil litigation paralegal in construction defect and commercial matters.
