Anthony Martin is an associate within the firm’s Business Transactions practice group who focuses his practice in the area of general corporate and business law. Anthony has extensive experience advising clients throughout a number of business transaction matters. From the initial drafting and negotiation of commercial lending agreements, including loan documents, public-financing documents, tax-credit equity documents, Swap documents, opinion letters, guaranties and reliance letters, to reviewing due diligence concerning business entities, real estate, insurance, closing instructions, environmental-related reports, construction documents, financial documents and land surveys. 

Prior to joining Lathrop GPM, Anthony was an associate at another Minneapolis firm and was a judicial law clerk with the Minnesota District Court. Anthony also worked as a law clerk for other firms in the Minneapolis area while he attended the Mitchell Hamline School of Law.  

In his free time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and French bulldog, fly-fishing, and traveling.
