Alexandria Darden is an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions practice group. She represents public and private companies across a range of industries in corporate matters including entity formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions. Her experience includes structuring and negotiating transactions, advising on regulatory and operational risk, and supporting clients through each stage of the business life cycle.

Alexandria’s practice spans industries such as technology, real estate and private client services, and she regularly collaborates with cross-disciplinary teams to address clients’ complex legal needs. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, advising early-stage ventures on corporate structuring and compliance.

She currently serves as Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee for the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section and is a member of the American, National, and Jackson County Bar Associations.

Outside the office, Alexandria is a marathoner chasing a sub-3:30 finish, a dedicated sports fan (Rock Chalk & Chiefs Kingdom) and an explorer, drawing inspiration from solo travel and globe‑trotting adventures.
