Adam Yantorni serves as the Chief Information Officer for Lathrop GPM. Having served in a number of technology services roles at the firm since 2011, Adam brings nearly 20 years of experience managing technology in law firms. In his role as CIO, Adam is responsible for the overall technology lifecycle strategy for the firm, assessing external security and remediation plans, and ongoing technology projects.

Adam is passionate about all aspects of technology and has led many key projects focused on advancing the firm’s operations, support, data integrations and workflow across department and practice groups.

Key achievements include:

  • Led the firm’s COVID-19 technology response in 2020, working promptly to enable a work-from-home platform to support the safety initiatives of the firm.
  • Designed, co-developed and trained critical paperless proforma process to ensure firm billing continued seamlessly at the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Co-managed all technology aspects of the firm merger in 2019-2020 in under six months.

Outside of the office, Adam enjoys skiing, biking and hiking in the Rocky Mountains.
